About Us
The Black Health Care Coalition (BHCC) is a non-profit community based organization comprised of lay individuals and health professionals.
Our MISSION is to:
• decrease the disparity of health status between the majority and minority communities through health advocacy, education, screenings, and promotion;
• build a cohesive health referral network to ensure greater access to health care; and,
• encourage minority youth to become knowledgeable consumers of health care and to pursue careers in the health care professions.
Although our name is Black Health Care Coalition, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, age, language, disability, sexual orientation, etc. or for any other reason.
